I haven’t set goals yet but I think I will. I’m bundling them with intentions and values and I will phrase them in a way that don’t feel rigid and like pressure.
I think what’s most important for me actually is the process of sitting down and thinking through my priorities and plans. The goals are simply an outcome of that exercise.
Question for you: how are you going to remind yourself of your plan throughout the year? I find that the hardest part - checking in on goals / the plan on a regular basis.
I think when I starting to get too much going on so my head almost explode, I most of the time do sit down and write it all down. But this time I already done it. So its already there. Meaning I will see it, one way or another.
I have already checked it once, and its only day 4 haha 😝
The reason you arent keeping to your goals isnt that you set them in the first place.
The reason you are failing at your goals is because you aren't thinking about the systems you need to put in place to keep going when things get tough and life takes over.

No goals for me either! I write down ideas and inspirations for game and art, but no goals.
